Booking and Policy
Online booking is opened 90 days at a time from the current date.
Payment forms are cash, credit, or debit card. For any card transaction a $3 processing fee will be added- to opt out of this please bring cash. A valid card is required to hold all appointments but is only charged in any of the following scenarios...
Cancellations or rescheduled appointments can be made via text, my booking site, or your client account profile with at least a 48 hour notice (this includes covid, exposure, or general illness). Any cancellations made less than 48 hours will be charged 100% of the total service(s) with the card on file. No call/no shows will also be charged 100% of the service(s) with the card on file with an additional 20% gratuity fee. Please be aware if you are 5 minutes late to your appointment you will be tasked o reschedule and will be charged 100% of your service(s).
By booking an appointment and putting in your credit card information YOU are liable for any charges made regarding cancellations/ no shows/ late fees. Disputes will NOT be honored. If you dispute one of the above charges you will be banned from future bookings. All payments are finale. If a service did not turn out how you hoped please send me an email at firstname.lastname@example.org within three days from your service and I will get back to you with times in the upcoming week to come in for a correction.
